Toru Miyagi

He is a graduate of McKinsey & Company. Based in London and Tokyo, he has been supporting financial institutions from various perspectives. He is particularly involved in open API strategies, fee optimization, and branch reorganization for commercial banks.
Tomonori Mizuno

He is a graduate of User Base. After participating in the launch of NewsPicks as an early employee, he served as head of marketing for the entire group, and has experience in designing/developing infrastructure for financial institutions at ABeam Consulting.
Yuhei Hara
CFO
He worked as a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Japan. After working as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs, he joined Cellid, a developer of spatial recognition engines and AR glasses displays, as a second founding member. He then joined UPSIDER Inc. after serving as the executive vice president and COO of the company.
Naoki Ishigami

He is a former member of KPMG AZSA & Co. While serving as a lead auditor for several listed clients, he was also actively engaged in IPO support services and financial DD services. Previously, he worked in sales at a major securities company and in operations at a regional bank.
Kensuke Tsujimoto

He started his career at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, where he worked on financial litigation, labor and corporate law related matters.In 2019, he participated in the establishment and operation of a hedge fund in Singapore, followed by the launch of a start-up apparel brand, before joining UPSIDER in 2023. Currently, as CLO, overseeing legal and labor law related operations.
Yusuke Izumi

After graduating from the American Conservatory of Music, he worked as a composer at a media production company before starting his own business in systems development. After working in system development at Morgan Stanley Securities, as a lead engineer at DeNA, and as a director and CTO of LUXUR, he joined UPSIDER Inc.
Daisuke Mori

After joining Works Applications, Inc. as a new graduate, he led the development of ERP and business systems for major companies, focusing on accounting systems. After several careers, he launched several AI SaaS at PKSHA Group and served as the executive officer in charge of product planning for them.
Yosuke Yoneda
VP of Growth
He joined Rakuten, Inc. in 2007 and has served as Executive Officer of Rakuten, Inc. since 2019, Executive Officer of Rakuten Mobile, Inc. since November of the same year, Executive Vice President of Rakuten Baseball Team, Inc. since October 2021, and President and Representative Director of UPSIDER, Inc. since January 2022.
Takashi Maki

After working for Mizuho Financial Group as a branch manager, sales manager for large corporations, corporate planning, chief auditor, and investment banker, he participated in the preparatory stage of establishing LINE Bank and became an executive officer of LINE Financial, in charge of corporate planning, before joining UPSIDER. He is a Certified Securities Analyst (CMA) of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
