For us, as a provider of financial services, credit assessment, fraud prevention, and payment systems are the very foundation of our business. The AI and logic developed by UPSIDER make precise judgments about "where we can take risks and where we must protect," and that rational framework supports the business. But AI has its limits. Beyond the cases that the logic rejects, there are true challengers. For example, when an advertising agency says, "We could grow if only we could run more ads," AI cannot read the strength of the business model behind those numbers or the resolve of the person leading it. The work of UPSIDER Sales is to articulate, in human terms, "why UPSIDER should take on this customer's risk," and to set the system in motion. We don't act on emotion; we approve the "exception" only after designing the conditions, the monitoring, and the exit. Reason protects safety, but it does not create change. Growth always begins with the "exception." Rather than treating AI and human judgment as a trade-off, we place the fullest trust in the precision of reason while using a human eye to recognize the potential that lies beyond it. That is our reason for being.

What We Do

With "the growth of our customers and of UPSIDER" as our guiding principle, we take responsibility for every part of the sales effort. Concretely, this spans every area essential to growth: proposing UPSIDER to companies that don't yet know us, customer success work that helps existing customers get the most out of our services, support that ensures our service is used correctly as infrastructure, and credit management. What we value most is feeding back into the business the firsthand information we gather on the front lines with customers. Everything about UPSIDER's business and its features is born from the voice of the customer. Guided by the belief that "a business can only grow from the voice of its customers," delivering the real challenges we uncover in the field back into the company, and evolving the service itself, is one of our most important jobs.

Why We Exist

To break down the unfair barrier of "you can't even try." The business world runs on reason and logic. Rational judgment, supported by systems, protects businesses and brings stability to society. But there are challengers whom reason alone cannot save: leaders who have no track record yet but a genuine will, and operators blocked by a wall of funding just short of growth. Our reason for being is to pick up the voices of such people on the front lines, to design the case for "why UPSIDER should take on this risk," and to set the system in motion. We place the fullest trust in the precision of reason while using a human eye to recognize the potential that lies beyond it. We give a push to the challengers that technology overlooks, and we move the growth of our customers and of society forward. That is how we define the front-line work of sales.

How We Work

We stand close to our customers and go to exhaustive lengths to gather the firsthand information that can only be obtained in the field: the business model, cash flow, market environment, and the will of the leader. Understanding the context behind the numbers more deeply than anyone else is the starting point for everything. We don't lean on emotional arguments; we make our move only after digging up the rational evidence. This is what we are committed to.
